Stress

The QBR for one of the accounts that I am handling was done. Technically speaking, I did well (or maybe that was just them saying it because ??? i don't know..), but i knew it did not go well as planned. It would mean a lot of work again just to bring up the statistics of the team for it to make the agents' performances acceptable. Either way, this is a very critical time for me still. Oh well.

On another note, what I'm looking forward to is the Daraitan adventure. I'll try to do rappel and see where my endurance will take me. It will be a fun trek (i hope!) and hopefully, I would get to meet some new people (hmm.. i sense a hidden agenda <wink!>).
